Affiliate Terms
Welcome to the **I-Velocity Affiliate Program**! By participating in this program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.
#1. Affiliate Program Overview
The I-Velocity Affiliate Program allows individuals ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring customers to I-Velocity’s website packages. Commissions are paid based on a **three-tier structure:
Level 1: $250 per sale (paid monthly via PayPal)
Level 2: $500 per sale (paid biweekly via PayPal)
Level 3: $500 per sale (paid weekly via PayPal)
Commissions are earned only after the referred customer completes payment for an I-Velocity website package.
2. Commission Payouts
- All payouts are processed via PayPal.
- Affiliates must provide a valid PayPal email address for payments.
- Payout schedules are as follows:
Level 1: Monthly (on the 1st of each month for the previous month’s sales)
Level 2: Biweekly (every other Friday)
Level 3: Weekly (every Friday)
- No payouts will be issued for refunded or disputed sales.
3. Eligibility & Responsibilities
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years old to participate.
- Affiliates must promote I-Velocity ethically and avoid spam, false advertising, or misleading claims .
- Fraudulent referrals (e.g., self-referrals, fake leads) will result in **immediate termination** and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
- I-Velocity reserves the right to modify commission rates or program terms at any time with prior notice.
4. Refund Policy & Commission Adjustments
- I-Velocity offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on website packages before app build-out begins.
- If a customer requests a refund within 30 days, the Affiliate’s commission for that sale will be voided or deducted from future payouts.
- No commissions are paid on refunded transactions.
5. Earnings Disclaimer
Affiliate earnings are based on performance and not guaranteed. Success depends on individual effort, marketing strategies, and market conditions. I-Velocity does not promise any specific income level.
6. Termination
I-Velocity reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or unethical marketing practices. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
7. Modifications
I-Velocity may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
